ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The issue of having better roads is one which should be addressed to the elected representatives through the process of self-governance, so that they can take it up with the competent authority. Any such work requires allocation of funds. There is nothing on record to suggest that funds have been allocated and yet the project is not taken up. The petitioner would thus have to approach through RTI or otherwise to get necessary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

information and thereafter approach the elected representatives to take up the matter, if the Collector still does not do the needful.

2. The writ petition, accordingly, stands closed. No costs.
