This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to re-post the petitioner in Cuddalore District as requested in his representations dated 25.03.2019, 15.05.2020 and 11.09.2020 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.107 dated 03.09.2020, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (S) Department.

On behalf of the respondents, a counter affidavit has been filed. 3.

In the said counter affidavit, it is stated that the petitioner has been transferred to Srinivasa Subbaraya Government Polytechnic College, Puthur vide proceedings dated 28.11.2020.

Learned Special Government Pleader submits that as already petitioner is transferred to the place as per his request, no further orders are required in this writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader.

In view of the above, in my considered opinion, no further orders are required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. 7.

There shall be no order as to costs.
