2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the husband of the petitioner is involved in several criminal cases. Therefore, the petitioner was called for enquiry.
