The learned counsel for the applicant requests extension of time to make deposit of a sum of Rs.10 lakhs.

The said request cannot be considered at this juncture on account of dismissal of the earlier application in this regard.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor requests further time to report on the status of the execution of the warrant. It is seen that the warrant has not been executed in spite of sufficient time being given. Therefore, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mr.P.Pagalavan, No.20, L6 Road, Adyar, Chennai-600 020, (Mobile No.94443 84633), is directed to ensure that the warrant is executed before the next hearing date on 04.10.2019.
