ORDER

The Petitioner has filed the Writ Petition seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the First Respondent herein relating to Circular No.13/2002 (PPa.2/12819/2002) dated 16.04.2002, quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to register the Petitioners' names in the Employment Exchange without production of Evaluation Certificates.

Mr.D. Venkatachalam, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the relief sought by the similarly placed persons in W.P.Nos.10036 to 10046 and 10053 of 2007 have been rejected by this Court by Orders dated 16.07.2010; W.P.No.11012 of 2008 dated 16.07.2014 and W.P.No.35829 of 2005 dated 27.07.2017.

Following the aforesaid decisions, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected WPMP is closed.
