He has also produced the copy of the order dated 18.10.2019, passed in S.C.No.98 of 2014 by the Principal District cum Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

3.In view of the fact that the case in S.C.No.98 of 2014 itself was disposed of, nothing survives further in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
