ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.No.1324 of 2014 is filed by Srinivasan, the accused in the case, aggrieved by the judgment of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode, dated 24.09.2012 in C.C.No.516 of 2008, thereby, finding guilty of an offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and imposing a sentence of one year Simple Imprisonment and Rs.5000/- fine and in default of payment of fine, one month Simple Imprisonment and the judgment of the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Erode, dated 27.02.2013, in Crl.A.No.169 of 2012, thereby, the conviction and sentence imposed by the Trial Court was confirmed.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/complainant would submit that in this case, the petitioner/accused served out the entire sentence, as imposed by the Trial Court and nothing survives to be decided in this matter. The learned Counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to deny the same.

3. Under these circumstances, the Criminal Revision is disposed of, as having become infructuous. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
