Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Extend the time in Crl.OP.10718/2022 order dated 08.06.2021 for surrendering and executing sureties and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.R.KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner in the order dated 08.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10718 of 2022 to execute sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 20.07.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
