ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to register the First Information Report on the complaint dated 24.06.2021.

2. The petitioner had lodged a complaint stating that one Prasanth, Bharathi, Gokul, had promised the petitioner that they would get employment to him in abroad and received a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- and promised that if no employment is obtained, the amount would be returned with in 90 days. Since the petitioner neither got the employment nor got back his money, he had lodged a complaint on 24.06.2021. But, no action taken. Hence, the petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the the petitioner as well as the counter petitioner were called https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for enquiry and both of them agreed to resolve the issue. In view of the same, CSR No.203 of 2021 had been closed. The statement of the petitioner, the counter petitioner and closure report were produced.

4. Considering the submissions and from the perusal of the materials, it is seen that enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner, CSR No.203 of 2021 assigned. Later, enquiry conducted and closed.

5. In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition and the Criminal Original Petition is closed accordingly. The respondent police is directed to furnish closure report to the petitioner. Thereafter, it is for the petitioner to agitate the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if he feels so.
