This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct the demonstration at any date and place in Gudiyatham, Vellore District, during the month of May, 2025.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed

of. There shall be no order as to costs.
