ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties submitted that so far as Item 1 to 20 in Schedule A properties are concerned, this Court has already passed a preliminary decree on 05.04.2011. Pursuant to the same, the parties have settled the dispute in respect of Items 1 to 20 in Schedule A properties.

2.Now, the learned counsel for both sides submitted that during the preliminary decree proceedings, the parties have arrived at a settlement in respect of the remaining suit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

schedule properties also viz., Item Nos.21 to 27 in Schedule A and Item Nos.1 to 7 in Schedule B; and to that effect they have also filed a Memorandum of Understanding dated 03.04.2013. Further, the plaintiff is prepared to give her claim in respect of Item No.8 in Schedule B property. Hence, the learned the learned counsel for both the parties prays that a decree may be passed in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding, dated 03.04.2013.

3.In view of the above, the Memorandum of Understanding, dated 03.04.2013, filed by both sides, is recorded. There shall be a decree in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding.
