ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that they have wrongly mentioned the year of the Sessions Case as 2017 instead of 2019, as a result, the order reflected the wrong year and hence, the same may be amended.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment, in the prayer and paragraph No.1 of the order dated 21.04.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7075 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.675 of 2024 by incorporating S.C.No.83 of 2019 instead of S.C.No.83 of 2017 and issue fresh order copy to the parties today itself.
