These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.7507, 7510 & 7509 of 2023 dated 06.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the Inspector of Police, Rishivanthiyam Police Station, on every Thursday at 6.30 p.m., and report before the Inspector of Police, Thiyadurugam Police Station on every Friday at 6.30 p.m., and report before the Inspector of Police, Thirupalapanthal Police Station on every Saturday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.7507, 7510 & 7509 of 2023 dated 06.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
