When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Ramkumar, the learned counsel representing Mr.V.Anandhamoorthy, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 20.06.2013, passed in

I.A.No.441 of 2013 in O.S.No.222 of 2013. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit itself was dismissed on 02.06.2016 and hence the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
