Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent herein to furnish information on petitioner's travel restrictions as well as to furnish the copies of Look-out Circular/notice, if any, has been issued so that the petitioner herein can take necessary actions and take permission of the respective Court to travel abroad in exercise of his fundamental right to travel abroad guaranteed under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution, by permanently removing all travel restrictions whatsoever, with immediate effect.

ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for the CBI Cases submitted that Look Out Circular (LOC) has been issued against the petitioner herein and the same is valid till 20.08.2021. The same is recorded and this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
