JUDGMENT

Today, the appellant is produced before this Court. Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar, learned Legal Aid Counsel has also filed Memo of Appearance. The appellant as well as the learned Legal Aid Counsel for the appellant submitted that pursuant to the conviction and sentence, the appellant has already undergone the sentence and after being granted the remission due, he has already been released from the prison. The fine amount is also paid.

2. In that view of the matter, the appellant as well as the learned Legal Aid Counsel submitted that there is nothing further for them to pursue the appeal and argue the matter.

3. Recording the same, since the appellant has duly undergone the entire sentence and has also been released from the prison, the Criminal Appeal is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 23.03.2023 Index : yes/no Speaking order/Non-speaking order : yes/no grs 2/5
