ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.07.2020 for the offence under Section 397 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.632 of 2008 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have taken tea and biscuit from the defacto complainant's shop and failed to pay money for the same and also took away cash of Rs.300/- from the cash drawer. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the case is pending trial in P.R.C. No.6 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam and absconding charge sheet was filed against the petitioner and non bailable warrant was issued against him on 06.09.2011 and would further submit that there are ten previous cases as against the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that there are ten previous cases as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
