By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he has completed Diploma in Handloom Technology in the year 2003 and he was appointed as Supervisor in the 3rd respondent/Mill. As such, he has been working as temporary supervisor for the past 12 years and he submitted a representation dated 14.10.2015 to the third

respondent to regularise his service by relaxing his age and educational qualification since the representation was not considered, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Venkatachalam, Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Elanchezhian learned counsel appearing for 3rd respondent who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner has to be considered by the recruitment sub-committee constituted for selection of staff members to the third respondent mill.

5.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the recruitment sub-committee by enclosing a copy of this order and relevant records within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the said committee shall consider the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
