For Petitioner : Mr.Achari and Anthoni For Respondent : Mr.Bharathachakravarthy Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) O R D E R This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.79 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the first respondent submitted that investigation in Crime.No.79 of 2014 was completed and the charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Pondicherry, on 23.12.2015 and the charge sheet was taken on file in C.C.No.35 of 2015 and the same is pending for trial.

3.In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives further in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
