3/2021 on the file of the respondent police and order to appear before the court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.HUSSAINI BASHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 12.07.2021, this Court had relaxed the condition and directed that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition,
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.
4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.
5. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 12.07.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
