Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.JAGADEESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.DHANYAKUMAR, for the 1st and 2nd the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed praying to order Substitute of Service by the mode of publication in tamil daily newspaper circulated in Vellore District in the above appeal.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. The petioner is directed to take paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural", Vellore Edition, by mentioning the hearing date as 21.11.2021. The publication shall be effected atleast 10 days prior to the next date of hearing.
