Accumulation in relating to the A/c No.49675/32243 of M/s. Talent Pro India, Chennai - 17 and in relation to PF A/c No. AP/HYD/26993/3801 controlled by the second respondent and managed by 3rd respondent company under whose control and management the member E. Saravanan (now died) in the Chennai Unit of the said company worked and struck the employment injury on 09.04.2012 and of the consequences, the member died on
23.01.2013 and the member, the husband of the 1st petitioner father of the 2nd petitioner and son of the 3rd petitioner and quash the same and to further direct to settle the amount as per A/c Nos furnished in the schedule to this petition to the claimant.

O R D E R
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners as well as the respondents made a submission that the dispute between the parties have already been settled. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
