Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition order dated 06.06.2022 passed in Crl OP No.12584 of 2022 directing the Petitioner to report before the Investigation officer daily twice @ 10.30 am and 5.00 pm until further orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.P.ARTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12584 of 2022 on 06.06.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.00 p.m, until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 07/07/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
