This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 17.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.3824 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2625 of 2023 to execute the anticipatory bail bond. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) as cost to the "Taluk Legal Services Authority, attached to the concerned Court" and on such payment, the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready.
