This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.4 of 2025 on the file of the Station House Officer, All Women Police Station, Villupuram

District 2.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.4 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police, final report was filed and the same has been taken cognizance in Spl.SC.No.95 of 2025 by the Special Court for POCSO Act, Villupuram.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
