The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) IPC and Section 2 and 3 of the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Public Property Destruction Act r/w.Section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seeks a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (Special Judge for SC & ST Act), Chengalpet to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.13 of 2016 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (Special Judge for SC & ST Act), Chengalpet, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (Special Judge for SC & ST Act), Chengalpet, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court on merits and pass appropriate orders.
