A.Latha v. Principal Secretary

2022-11-09Honourable Mr Justice Abdul Quddhose1 pages

W.M.P.Nos.16867 and 16868 of 2022 in W.P.Nos.16848 and 16854 of 2020 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., The petitioners have sought for modification of the orders, both dated 04.01.2022 passed in W.P. Nos.16848 and 16854 of 2020.

2. In the said orders, inadvertently the date of joining in the Commissioner for Revenue Admin (CRA) Department in paragraph 8 of the common order is wrongly mentioned. It should be read as 29.09.1997 and 01.12.2000 instead of 21.06.2001 and 28.01.2002 respectively.

3. The same is also not disputed by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. In view of the same, these modification petitions have to be necessarily allowed.

4. Accordingly, both the modification petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to incorporate the correction and issue fresh order copies to the respective parties.
