ORDER

In the light of the proceedings No.A1/18213/2013, dated 13.01.2025, the case of the petitioner was considered for promotion on par with his Junior and consequent upon revision of panels, the petitioner and his Junior namely, S.Thunaivendan are promoted from the post of Assistant to Deputy Tahsildhar. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

In view of the same, this Court does not see any deliberate violation of the order passed by this Court. In case, if any amounts payable to the petitioner by virtue of the proceedings dated 13.01.2025 are not released, the same shall be released to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent is directed to strictly comply with this order within the stipulated time. 3.
