Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue patta for the 0.6 3/4 cents in the Thangamperrthpura Village Limit of Chinnasalam Taluk, Villupuram District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2015.

ORDER

Seeking issuance of patta for an extent of 0.6 3/4 cents in Thangamperrthpura Village Limit of Chinnasalam Taluk, Villupuram District, by considering the representation dated 20.06.2015, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner appeared in person and submitted that on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2015 sent to the Chief Minister Cell, the Assistant Director of District Land Survey Department, Villupuram, in and by the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A4/Mu.Tha.P.petition No.75/2015, dated ....-11-2015, signed on 03.11.2015 had directed the Tahsildar, Chinnsalem Taluk to take appropriate action and sent the report.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and sent the final report to the Assistant Director, Office of the Land Survey Department, Villupuram, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While doing so, the second respondent is at liberty to hear any other third party, if so required.
