This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings pending trial in C.C.No.461/2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate III, Tiruppur.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case in C.C.No.461 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate III, Tiruppur has been ended in acquittal, by an order dated 07.06.2022, and nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
