The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.15463 of 2019 today represented that in the order passed by this Court on 29.09.2022, recording the closure of the private complaint in CC.No.247 of 2018, by inadvertence, the year of the case wrongly typed as 2016 instead of 2018 and therefore, the typographical error crept in the order need to be corrected and corrected order copy to be issued. 2.

Since record indicates that the private complaint which was closed by the Judicial Magistrate, Kancheepuram is CC.No.247 of 2018 and not C.C.No.247 of 2016, hence the typographical error to be corrected in the first paragraph as CC.No.247 of 2018 instead of CC.No.247 of 2016. 3.

Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and issue amended copy.
