W.M.P.No.16756 of 2022 in W.P.No.10987 of 2022 S.S.SUNDAR, J., This writ petition is filed to forbear the 1st and 3rd respondents to form any park in the private land belonging to the petitioner.

2.It is stated that the construction of the park was initiated at the instance of the petitioner association in this implead petition.

3.As the petitioner association is a necessary party to this writ petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and post the writ petition next week.
