ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences U/s 399 of IPC in Crime No.721 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other persons sat together and planned to steal the things from the people by using rope and wooden log. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays anticipatory bail for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has one previous case. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner has one previous case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
