2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent and perused the records.

3. Brief facts of the case is that the writ petitioners appeared for the Common Admission Test (CAT) for the year 2013 which was administered over a period of 20 days between 16.10.2013 and 11.11.2013 across 40 test centres. The announcement regarding the registration for CAT 2013 was made by the respondents on 28.07.2013. The writ petitioners along with other candidates undertook the above test at Chennai during the above said period. Subsequently, the results were published by the 2nd respondent on 14.01.2014. The scores published by the respondents were erratic, illogical and erroneous and lack of transparency. The said examination was held in the year 2014, now the matter came up for hearing in the year 2021, This Court is not inclined to interfere with the decision taken by the authority after a lapse of seven years, as there are no merits in the petition.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as devoid of merits. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
