O R D E R

1. It is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor though in the petition, the petitioner has enclosed a copy of the complaint along with the copy of the postal receipts, the respondents have not received any such complaint. He therefore, submitted that the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh complaint to the respondents and on receipt of such a complaint, the respondent will conduct enquiry. On being satisfied with the lease agreement with the owners, necessary police protection will be given to the petitioner.

2. Recording the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, the petitions are disposed of directing the petitioner to give fresh complaint to the respondent enclosing a copy of the lease deed to establish their right to erect the tower in the property and the respondents are further directed to consider the representation. On being satisfied with the right of the petitioner to erect tower in those property, the respondents are directed to give police protection to the petitioner.

3. In the result, the criminal original petitions are disposed of.
