This petition has been filed to Relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 01.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12951 of 2022 that the petitioner shall stay at Ramanathapuram and report before the Ramanathapuram Town Police Station in the morning at 10.00 a.m. and Evening at 06.00 p.m until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
