Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition shall report before the investigating officer daily at 10.30.a.m until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble court dated 05.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10736/2022 in Cr No.52/2022 and pass such further or other orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENTHILVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10736 of 2022 in Crime No.52 of 2022 on 05.05.2022, on condition that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
