This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition (6) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11647 of 2024 dated 09.05.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directed him to make a nonrefundable deposit of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) to the credit of "District Legal Services Authority, Kallakurichi District. He further submitted that the petitioner is a daily wage labourer and he was unable to raise the said amount, hence, he sought to modify the condition.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the amount as Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) instead of Rs.30,000/- to be deposited to the credit of "District Legal Services Authority, Kallakurichi District by the petitioner. Thereby, the time already granted by this Court to comply with the conditions is further extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
