Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

On a reading of the petitioner's complaint, it is seen that the petitioner appears to have entered into a building contract with Annna Educational Trust, but, as per the contract, the said Trust people did not pay the amount and also refused to return the building materials, kept by the petitioner.

3. According to me, the remedy lies only before the Civil Court by by filing a suit for recovery of amount.
