The schedule of debtor's affairs has been filed by the petitioner who has been declared as insolvent. The same was filed on 14.07.2023 by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. However, the same has to be scrutinized by the Registry and thereafter, the petitioner will have to serve a copy of the same to the Official Assignee.

3. Since the schedule of affairs has already been filed by the debtor, the matter is once again directed to be listed before the learned Master.
