This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 04.05.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9910 of 2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to surrender and comply with the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
