Mr.R.Parthasarathy, learned counsel for the petitioners requested us to rectify one typographical error in 4th line of para 4 of the order dated 23.06.2021, wherein instead of mentioning 'original land owner', it has been erroneously mentioned as 'subsequent land owner'. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also produced a letter dated 05.07.2021 to the registry stating the said typographical error crept in the above order. 2.Learned counsel for respondents 1 & 13/Housing Board agreed to the said factum.
3.In view of the above letter dated 05.07.2021 given by the learned counsel for the petitioners to the registry stating the typographical error crept in the said order dated 23.06.2021 in the above petitions, registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy by rectifying the above typographical error in para 4 of the order as under:
'4.Since the findings and conclusion reached by the learned Single Judge on the question of lapse of the land acquisition proceedings need to be examined by this Court, the contention raised by the learned counsel for the Housing Board to the effect that the original land owner is not a party before 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

vga the learned Single Judge, cannot be a ground to reject this petition to come on record. Secondly, as contended by the learned senior counsel for the petitioners, the findings and conclusion reached by the learned Single Judge that the land acquisition proceedings stood lapsed are in favour of the land owners. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that since the petitioners are necessary and proper parties to be impleaded as respondents in the writ appeals, they are entitled to come on record.
