Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 657 days in representing W.P.SR.No.94800/2019 dated 3.2.2021(IN WMP.NO.18146/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KUMAR, Advocate for S.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.KATHIRAVAN, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 657 days in re-presenting W.P.SR.No.94800 of 2019, dated 03.02.2021.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and considering the fact that the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no serious objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay subject to the payment of cost of Rs.700/- (Rupees seven hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Service Authority, High Court, Madras, through online payment within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
