This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10262 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023, passed by this Court to report before respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has also been taken up in P.R.C.No.76 of 2023 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.V, Egmore and the case now stands posted to 22.06.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10262 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Metropolitan Magistrate No.V, Egmore on 22.06.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
