O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 3 & 4 of TN Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act 2003 and 294 (b), 454, 354, 427 & 506(i) of IPC in crime No.1816 of 2020, on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.On the earlier occasion, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has agreed to hand over the subject matter of keys to the defacto complainant and that the keys are now with the respondent police, in which this Court by its order dated 3.11.2020, directed the respondent police to ensure that the defacto complainant and his family are put back in their possession and listed the matter on 10.11.2020, for reporting compliance. On 10.11.

2020, it is submitted that the petitioners have handed over the possession of the premises to the defacto complainant, so that this Court directed the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, as to verify the possession is handed over to the defacto complainant and list the matter for reporting compliance on 25.11.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent reported that the keys have been handed over to the defacto complainant, accordingly the petitioners complied with the order of this Court, dated 3.11.2020.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal original petition is closed.
