Order This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a Survey and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's land.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the agricultural lands situated in S.F.No.39/3B2, measuring an extent of 0.30.00 ares and S.F.No.39/34B2, measuring an extent of 0.9.50 ares, at Kattiripatty Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District. The petitioner, in order to ascertain the exact boundaries and measurements of his lands, made an online application dated 25.11.2025. Since, the said application was not considered till date, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that survey of the subject land has been scheduled for 11.06.2026 pursuant to the petitioner's application, and hence, no further order is required in this writ petition.

4. Heard both sides and also perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the submission that the survey of the land is scheduled to be held on 11.06.2026, no further adjudication is necessary on the merits of this

Writ Petition. However, the respondents are directed to proceed with the survey, measurement, and fixation of boundaries as scheduled, and ensure that the entire exercise is concluded within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
