2. It is represented on behalf of the Petitioner / Appellant that he is abiding the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9140 of 2016 dated 30.08.2016 without any default or deviation. This fact is not disputed on behalf of the Respondent / Prosecuting Agency.

3. Considering the fact that the Petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9140 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.223 of 2016 without any default, the present Crl.M.P.No.6168 of 2017 (Seeking relaxation of the condition imposed) is allowed.
