ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 26.09.2019 passed in W.P.No.15370 of 2019.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents/contemnors, submitted that the order of this Court dated 26.09.2019 passed in W.P.No.15370 of 2019 has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the communication dated 08.12.2020, to that effect.

3.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Recording the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR(COMM.CASES) av //Certified to be true copy// Dated at Madras this the day of 2020.
