Crl.M.P.No.7689 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10701 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10701 of 2023 dated 10.05.2023, that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Vellore Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., except on all Sundays until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10701 of 2023 dated 10.05.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
