Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2008 by giving suitable directions to the 2nd respondent for the reasons stated in the affidavit and pass orders.

ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.04.2008 by giving suitable directions to the 2nd respondent.

2.When the matter was called on 08.06.2018 there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was posted at 2:15 p.m and even at 2:15 p.m, there was no representation for the petitioner hence the matter was posted on 11.06.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". 3.Even today when the matter is called there was no representation for the petitioner hence the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
